• Min 12th pass.
• He should be a Certified Trained Security Guard.
• Should be mentally and physically fit with a valid Medical Certificate.
• Should have proof of residence, qualification, experience etc.
• Valid reference for identification.
• Should be able to speakreadwrite Marathi, Hindi, English.
• Should have good communication skills.
• Should be willing to undergo training as per our procedure.
• Should comply with all rules and regulations as specified in the Private Security Agencies (Regulations) Act 2005.
• Will be subject to Police verification report.

Job description

• Handling of all Security Systems as per requirements of all branches.
• Daily routine checkup of all Security guards with their timings at all suggested spot by Samstha.
• Train to security personnel about Security procedures.
• Evaluate, assess and analyse performance of security personnel.
• Initiate disciplinary measures wherever necessary.
• Provide security to office staff, buildings and properties as per instructions
• Keep the premises free from all kinds of dangers.
• Screen visitors before allowing them to enter the premises.
• Maintain all security devices and products in good working condition.
• Develop and implement preventative measures against accidents, thefts and other risks.
